Most people pay top dollar for professional treatments when you could spend a few dollars on a jar of organic coconut oil. When selecting coconut oil, try to find ones that are the least processed. When opening the jar it should have a very pleasant coconut smell. Cold pressed oils retain the highest amoutn of nutrition for you wheter it is used in your body or on your skin.
