Saving Your Back - With A Thin Wallet!

In all the health measures we take in our lives, we often fail to realize that it can sometimes be the smallest things that will make a big difference in our long-term health. As funny as it might seem, one of the minor things that can actually make a big difference in your health is the size of your wallet, as sitting on a large wallet can put undue strain on your back and can even cause injury to your sciatic nerve.
