Protein is one of the most important things for each of us to put into our body, but it can sometimes be difficult to get all the protein we need. Some people tend to think a protein smoothie needs to be comprised of milk, peanut butter, and raw eggs in order for it to give you protein. But actually, you can accomplish as much as these disgusting drinks accomplish with a bit of protein powder added to a delicious fruit smoothie.

Make sure you are buying fresh, organic ingredients when you buy the other things you need for your smoothie - bananas, strawberries, and juice. Orange juice is the best juice to combine with protein powder, but if your taste preference varies from this, you can certainly try something different! You can also try some variations on this, such as adding fresh pineapple or berries, and even a bit of peanut butter or yogurt can taste good with this mixture! Throw your fruit and orange juice in a blender, along with the recommended amount of protein powder, and blend it until it is smooth.

It is easy to get the protein you need in a drink that actually tastes good; all you need is fresh juice, some whey protein powder, and just the right mixture of fruits and berries!
