Very common to find these grown by gardeners in their own gardens. Echinacia tea has been around for centuries and helps to boost your immune system and assist in fighting common colds.

Another herbal tea that is pleasant and can really help you is mint tea. Mint is an agressively growing plant. It is an incredibly fragrant plant which can be grown and made into fresh tea or you can purchase it dried. Mint tea can help to sooth throats and calm coughs. Mint is also said to help sooth upset stomachs and aid in digestion.

Drinking herbal teas can be good for your health, but make sure to speak with your doctor before deciding to begin herbal supplements which teas ultimately are. This will help stop any potential drug interaction problems that you may potentially have.
